Urgent Lockdown Update – We are Open for Business to support our customers essential needs

To our Valued Customers,

As we did during the height of the Pandemic, we will continue to remain open for business and trade within Covid 19 compliant regulations.

We strongly encourage all of our customers to support and abide by the restrictions imposed however as an essential service and a business that recognises our customers do require vehicle servicing, parts and vehicles to fullfill their own needs we will provide a level of service to ensure as best as possible our customers are not affected/restricted where we can manage.

Please note we will be staffing our business as follows during the 3 day lockdown:

Saturday

Bartons Digital Online Dealership - Open for business 18 hours every day

  • This is staffed with real Bartons staff and can handle all enquiries you have via phone, sms, email, messenger and live chat
  • You can book your services for next week with our team
  • You can even buy a car online with our digital team – pick the colour, talk finance and even go for a virtual test drive

Vehicle Servicing in Dealership: 8am – 12pm

  • Staff and Customers are required to wear a face mask
  • We have reduced our bookings to ensure we adhere to all regulations and also to ensure we can still accommodate any urgent customers’ needs

Vehicle Sales Departments in Dealership: 8am – 3pm

  • In addition to our online dealership we will have limited staff in dealership to cater for essential customer needs
  • This will cater for sold vehicles required to be delivered plus any new customer requirements
  • We will be practising social distancing and ensuring all Covid protocols are adhered to including mandatory face masks and registration of your attendance at our dealership
