About You
You’re a confident and customer-focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. You bring:
- Strong F&I product knowledge and proven sales ability (preferred)
- Automotive industry experience (a strong advantage)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A detail-oriented, organised and ethical approach to work
- Drive, integrity, and a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations
No experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, we’ll train you to become a successful Business Manager.

Your Role
As a key member of our dealership team, you will:
- Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
- Process finance and leasing deals with accuracy and compliance
- Secure approvals and maintain strong relationships with lenders
- Educate and support the sales team on current finance programs
- Build trust with customers by delivering a seamless end-to-end experience
