Full Time Registration Clerk – Multi-Brand Dealership Group!
Are you highly organised with an eye for detail and a passion for the motor industry? We are looking for a full time Rego clerk to join our growing business at either our Wynnum or Capalaba dealership!

About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Registration Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle registrations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support to our sales departments.
As part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll enjoy the support and collaboration of your colleagues, while also being a valued member of the wider administration team across the group!

A little about You:
Do you have:
- Possess a current Queensland Transport accreditation for vehicle registrations (preferred)
- Pleasant telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in stock control, registrations, or administration within the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), experience with ERA, Pentana (preferred).
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Clear communication skills and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle movements between dealerships, holding yards, and customers.
- Process and lodge new vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations with relevant authorities.
- Prepare compliance paperwork and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with sales, service, and administration teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Produce timely reports on stock levels, registrations, and compliance status.
- Assist management with audits and stocktakes.
