As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Capalaba dealership.

🔧 About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, professional and friendly service experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Providing clear advice on servicing and maintenance
- Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Keeping customers informed throughout the day
- Preparing job cards, invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Managing service check-outs and payments
- Assisting with warranty claims and service concerns
👤 About You
- Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Automotive or dealership experience (advantageous)
- Great time management and multitasking ability
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
