What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a premium customer experience from enquiry to handover
- Conducting engaging test drives and presenting vehicles with confidence
- Converting leads into sales through strong follow-up and relationship building
- Managing your pipeline and maximising every opportunity
- Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Staying up to date with vehicles, products, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience or strong retail/customer service experience with a genuine desire to succeed in sales
- A driven, results-focused mindset
- Strong communication and people skills
- High energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A current manual driver’s licence (essential)
