About the Role
In this key role, you’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly by ensuring parts and stock are managed, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork make all the difference.
Please note: This role involves regular physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving automotive parts and stock. Appropriate equipment and safe work practices are always in place to support you.
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, plus an occasional Saturday with overtime.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Safely operating a forklift (license required or willingness to obtain)
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Delivering parts to customers (Driver’s licence required)
- Picking and packing orders for internal and external clients
- Processing purchase orders and managing vendor returns
- Maintaining accurate inventory and participating in stocktakes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
- Using computer systems to manage orders (training provided)
About You
You’ll bring energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic to the role. You’re hands-on, reliable, and take pride in doing things right the first time.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A team-first attitude and great communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow with the business
- The ability to safely undertake the physical aspects of the role
